This project is located in Chabahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. It is a free port situated on the coast of the Gulf of Oman, and is Iran’s southernmost city. The project’s site is around 896 m2 and designed as a 6-story building which is under construction now. The process of designing of this project has lasted around 10 months and the remarkable idea in which is the vast balconies all around the faces playing the role of a unique yard for each unit.
Each unit of the project has its own special visual quality because of the eye-catching view of Indian Ocean. Each level has 4 units with 125 m2 area on average owning its private entrance zone.
Landscape design, roof garden and the facades are all designed by IMD office’s team. So be interior design and implementation of it.
