The land for this project, with an area of 315.75 square meters, is located on the edge of Vakil Abad Boulevard, between Vakil Abad 63 and 65, and offers a good view.
Access to the site from the southern side (the edge of Vakil Abad Blvd.) is well-defined due to the wide sidewalk. This complex has two independent entrances to facilitate movement, with these entrances positioned at the maximum distance from each other.
