Description:

Hakim project is a 6-story residential building located in Mashhad, Iran. The floor plan includes an entrance lobby, sitting area, reception, multipurpose hall, gym, caretaker’s unit and two-level yard in the back of the building which is decorated by plants and flowers. Each story is divided to two 212-squar-meter units in which there are living room, dining table, kitchen, sitting room, bath room, bed room and master bed rooms.
